The beautiful Neeld Hall in Chippenham is our favourite and most popular venue, boasting 45 stalls, spacious stands and a fantastic bustling atmosphere.
We're very proud to be in our fourth year in Chippenham, and we pride ourselves on running successful indoor Gift and Craft markets each month.
South West Fairs accommodate high quality goods, artisan and bought in - offering something for everyone!
Stalls are 6ft x 3ft and there is generally provision for rails, small display tables and other "props" to accentuate your stand.
Tables and chairs are provided.
Each event is open to the public from 10am til 4pm, with set up from 8.45.
Electricity is minimal and is on a first come first served basis. If you know you absolutely require electrics, please ensure you have a PAT tested extention lead.
South West Fairs offer discounts to ANY stall holder booking a double stand, block bookings or for members of recognised charities raising money for a worthy cause. Please don't hesitiate to ask about any discount you may be elidgible for.

South West Fairs are open to partyplan companies, but
please ensure you've checked availability before booking
online - this will avoid double bookings and disappointment
We are limiting stalls for particular vendors - and are
already full at most events for jewellery. Please contact
Rachel and she will put you a reserve list in case of
cancellations.
We always like to invite new vendors, and would ask you
to register your interest and join our mailing list.

We've been asked many times why we fundraise for so many different charities. The truth is, we'd be selfish not to!
We're a professional company and probably charge a little bit more than hobbyist fayres - this allows us a greater level of staff and advertising. It puts us in a position to reach more people than others as we're in regular contact with local radio, the press, magazines, local and national organisations. As we're contacting these people on a weekly basis to publicise our events - we decided it would be the perfect opportunity to raise money for charities at the same time!
If you have a charity that is particularly close to your heart - let us know and we'll do our very best to organise a fundraiser for you!
