We ask all new sellers to complete a booking form. This gives us complete records and contact details for everyone and ensures we aren't duplicating any stalls (we like to offer as much variety as possbile).

If you could take the time to complete the form and either print and post, or email it back to us it would be most appreciated. You can now fill in the form below rather than downloading the word file if you'd like to do it right away!

Please read the terms and conditions regarding public liability insurance. It is a requirement for you to be covered if you regularly attend markets of any sort.
